With a fulfilling career spanning twenty years, my journey as a tattoo artist has been both a personal and professional odyssey. Rooted in classical art education, including a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree complemented by rigorous training in art history, color theory, and studio practices, I have been privileged to merge fine art principles with the dynamic craft of tattooing.

Currently, Fred Nitzman operates out of Phoebus Tattoos in St. Petersburg, Florida, serving the vibrant communities of Pinellas County and the greater Tampa Bay area, including Hillsborough County.
